Dissatisfied Customers create web pages

While I love Ford and don't want ot drag them down, I found these two web pages interesting and wated to share them with you;

http://www.fordlemon.com/

http://www.otisfordsucks.com/

Ford is not alone with Dissatisfied Customers, all auto makers have them. Even Honda and Toyota have had Lemon Law incidents.

I had a problem with a Ford Dealer a few years ago and was tempted to picket like the fellow from Long Island, but didn't have the time to waste.

How come Ford fanatics keep coming with this typical reply:

"Even Honda and Toyota have had Lemon Law incidents." ????

Our problem is with Ford and it is not our problem if Honda and Toyota make good cars with good reputations... Let the public be the judges!

Thank you for your visit at www.fordlemon.com

To the Ford Lemon crew; you ask why Ford Fanatics keep coming up with the typical reply. The answer is simple and you know it already.
You call us Ford Fanatics, and we are. It's difficult for Fans to criticize the object of our obsessions. And Toyota and Honda, as well as almost every other auto manufacturer foreign or domestic has had instances of Lemons being sold.

In my personal opinion, any auto manufacturer who has problematic vehicles like the Taurus with the defective HVAC should fix them or replace them free of charge, as a matter of good public relations.

As for the Thunderbird that was fixed with non OEM parts, that's more of an issue for his insurance compnany and in fact I would go over to the Auto Muse's web site, as she discusses a related topic of diminished value in her latest article.

I did visit your site, and in my small token of support, linked to it here. I will not vilify Ford in the process.

You should tell that to Mr. Bill Ford Jr..... It is too bad that he doesn't see things like you and I.....

They told us: "Even bad advertising is good.... It keeps our name in the paper..."

Thanks anyway for your reply.

Ford Lemon Crew, look for an upcoming on your situation and the spark plug issue. I will post it as open letter to Ford.

But as for the body work on the Thunderbird, I do believe you should check out AutoMuse's collum on diminished value.
