Ford Fairlane Concept
Now from what I've read, Ford may introduce this in a position between the Freestyle and Freestar. Leaning toward the Minivan/Wagon side, without the SUV emphasis. I believe it's based on the new 6 platform like the Fusion/Zephyr and Aviator.
I could see this with the wood paneling, that slab side seems like a natural.
