Crew Cab Ranger, available everywher but North America

This is really a shame, while every other truck maker offers a crew cab option in the US market, Ford does not offer one, even though it is available around the globe. Ranger was the best selling small/mid-size truck for several years, and now Ford is losing market share in this very important segment. If I were going to buy a new truck tommorow, I'm not sure I would look at the Ranger for two reasons, the lack of a crew cab and the lowest power rating for a V-6 in it's class. Nissan's Frontier is looking like the winner to me, with a crew cab and 265 hp for around $26,ooo. Ford are you listening?
