1983 Dodge Shelby Charger, the begining of the Dodge years.
Shelby was approached by Lee Iacoca and asked to pump some excitement into Dodge, which he did over the next few years. Lee Iacoca, had been one of the "Fathers" of the original Ford Mustang. And before I get hate mail about the Dodge cars on the Ford site, it's a necessary part of the History between Ford and Shelby. Besides, you can't just pretend these cars never happened.
